ICUP, Dealers and Pushers

22 Mar

First, a glimpse of the secret weapon I’ll be debuting at the ICUP in the very near future. It’s been built specifically to kick some ass on a couple of the ICUP courses, so specialized I may never ride it any other time. Thanks to Sabrosa Cycles for the artwork passing as a stem and Ritchey for the uber white and light bar and lastly Vassago for the White Devil Jabberwocky. I’m not showing any other cards til race day, you’ll just have to come on out to see the whole package.

Keep your eyes peeled and browsers browsing for the Black Devil, coming soon.

CarboRocket is starting to turn into a real job. Tasha may say otherwise but that’s what I’m saying. Online orders have been growing every day and new shops in Utah and other states, yes, other states, are starting to stock product. There is even a CarboRocket Team for crying out loud. I almost can’t keep up and am temporarily out of stock on a couple flavors, back in stock soon though.

Here are the shops that currently stock CarboRocket:

Utah

Washington State

Montana

Huge thanks to all the loyal customers, pushers and dealers! I’d still be mixing it in my bathtub if not for you.

Invaginate A Free Jersey

13 Dec

That word got my attention too and I’m not talking about “free” or “jersey”.

I’ve been working on Dawkins “The Greatest Show On Earth” now for a couple weeks. It’s mostly, as in 80%, very engaging, readable and a real page turner. Except for the 20% that wasn’t. I slogged through the embryology and DNA chapters like I was pushing my bike through wet clay, those chapters sucked.

Not all was lost on the embryology chapter though as I learned a new word “invaginate” It kinda rolls off the tongue. Fold inwards to form a hollow, you’ll have to read the book to know how it relates to evolution, I just happen to like the way it sounds.

On to more important matters, a free CarboRocket jersey. I am giving away a free CarboRocket team jersey and as of today you have a 1 in 48 chance of winning.

If you like Facebook click here to enter.

If you are more partial to Twitter click here.

You’ll get a free 25-serving package of CarboRocket along with the jersey and if you sign up for the Twitter contest anyone clicking on your twitter link will automatically give you an extra entry!

No need to use your invagination to win a free jersey, just click on one of the above links.

Forget The Jersey

3 Dec

But only for a minute as your attention shifts, and I can’t blame you, to that…

….Hair! It’s coming in thick and oh, so dark. Looks like I’m wearing a tuque.

Now, back to the jersey. It’s not too late to join Team CarboRocket but there are only a couple spots left as in 2 M’s, 4 L’s, 1 S and 1 XXL.

Big Package

23 Jun

It’s 25 servings big to be exact.  Of course it’s the new formula that is loaded with all-day staying power and wrapped up nice and tight in a sexy resealable zip pouch.

bkids&carborocket

Order online here with discreet credit card billing or put on your shades and pick it up locally at Racer’s, Revolution or SLC Bicycle.  I just stocked their shelves.  Tomorrow I’m hitting the streets to sign up some new dealers.

Make sure and try the new Tropical Orange or LemonLime.  Drink up!

Inside The Box

11 Jun

Its become evident to me that once someone tries CarboRocket they then want it in large quantities hence, the new 25-38 (3 or 2 scoops) serving pouches arriving ANY DAY NOW.  Really. In the meantime I will continue doling out the single single serving packs to whet your appetite and convert newbies to the addiction.

I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve agonized over how to package the single serve portions.  The first question was how many? 24, 20, 18, 15, 13, 12, 10 or 5 to a pack?  The next question was how to pack them?  Boxes, pouches, shelf friendly or hang tab friendly?

I think we are onto something.  I say “we” because this process has involved a lot of heads, shoulders, knees and toes.  Here is the first mock-up:

Want to put it on the shelf? Check.  Want to hang it? Check.  Want to try one of each flavor before committing the big bucks to the large pouch?  Check.  Just need a few in your jersey pocket for that long ride?  Check.

The new 5-serving variety pack will be out soon but I promise not until after all the flavors are out and available in the big multi serve pouch.  Which will be ANY DAY NOW.  I Promise!

What do you think of the black?

New Formula CarboRocket

14 May

It’s finally available online at www.carborocket.com and locally at Racer’s Cycle Service, Revolution, and SLC Bike (I just made deliveries yesterday).  Currently it’s available in Raspberry Lemonade and Kiwi Lime single serve packets.  Mango, Lemon Lime and Tropical Orange should be in next week along with 25 serving bulk pouches.

I have barrels and barrels of product so it should always be in stock.   I even tossed a cool CarboRocket sticker in the package so you can decorate your car’s windows, your bike, the neighborhood stop sign or even your neighbor’s cat.

You can read all about the new formula and why it’s the bomb here.  Go ahead, check it out.  In a nut shell, the new formula is based on the original formula but adds  L-Glutamine, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and natural coloring.

Let me know how you like it and what other shops you would like to see carry it.
